Welcome to Nurture Therapy. By booking or receiving any treatment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Business Information

2. Services Provided

Nurture Therapy offers the following treatments:

• Pregnancy Massage (1 hour – £50)

• Sports Massage (1 hour – £50)

All services are physical, in-person treatments.

​

3. Eligibility

• Pregnancy massage is only available to clients who are at least 12 weeks pregnant.

• By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are fit to receive treatment.

4. Bookings and Payments

• All treatments are charged at £50 per session (1 hour).

• Payments are accepted via cash or card at the time of appointment unless agreed otherwise.

5. Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in refusal of future bookings or a cancellation charge at the discretion of Nurture Therapy.

6. Health and Consent

• All clients must complete a consent form prior to treatment.

• The form must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or other relevant health information that may affect treatment.

• Nurture Therapy reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment based on the information provided.

7. Record Keeping

• Consent forms and client records will be securely stored.

• All personal information will be handled confidentially and used only for treatment and record-keeping purposes.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Treatments are provided for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only.

• Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions or changes to their health.

• Nurture Therapy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from:

  • Failure to disclose relevant medical information

  • Reactions to treatment where contraindications were not disclosed

10. Right to Refuse Service

Nurture Therapy reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client where it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or where these terms are not adhered to.

11. Changes to Terms

Nurture Therapy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to all future bookings.
