Refund Policy


 

Refund Policy – Nurture Therapy

Effective Date: 25/03/2026
 

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Nurture Therapy.
 

1. General Policy

All treatments provided by Nurture Therapy are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
 

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be:

    • Rescheduled, or

    • Refunded (if payment was made in advance), at the discretion of Nurture Therapy

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
     

3. Missed Appointments

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.

  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
     

4. Prepaid Appointments

  • If a session has been prepaid and the client cancels within the required notice period (24 hours), a refund may be issued via the original payment method where possible.

  • Alternatively, the appointment may be rescheduled.
     

5. Unsuitability for Treatment

  • If, upon consultation, it is determined that treatment cannot be safely carried out due to a medical condition or other contraindication:

    • Any payment made will be fully refunded, or

    • The appointment may be rescheduled, depending on client preference
       

6. Service Satisfaction

  • Nurture Therapy aims to provide high-quality treatments at all times.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, you must raise this at the time of your appointment or as soon as possible afterwards.

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.
     

7. Payment Method for Refunds

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

  • Cash payments may be refunded in cash or via an agreed alternative method.
